Here's what we do that makes us different from a lot of companies:

• We design your site to sell your product or service, not to make us look good.  Many people use Flash, but we avoid it.  First, it slows down the internet connection and your visitor may give up and "x" out.  Second, Apple doesn't seem to want to recognize Adobe, so when someone is on their i-Phone (or i-Pad or i-Anything), they can't operate fully in a flash site.
   
• We reduce pictures to an efficient size for websites ... big enough so you can see the picture, small enough not to choke your internet connection.
   
• The industry standard for performing updates seems to be about 30 days.  30 days?  What a ridiculous time to wait!  Almost all updates sent to us are performed with 48 hours, and often with 24 or less.  Your site is too important to wait a month to update!
   
• Most companies put you on a shared server, where your website has to compete with one to several thousand other websites for resources.  We lease a server, and it's only for us, so there are plenty of "cycles" to go around.
   
• How important is your website?  We obviously have a copy of your website on our server, and they maintain a backup of that.  We also maintain a backup of your site on at least 2 different computers in different locations, giving you 3 copies in 3 locations in 2 different states.  Short of nuclear war, you're still safe.
   
• We also have multiple computers to maintain your website.  We recently lost our main website computer -- the computer literally fried the motherboard and took both hard drives with it.  We simply went to another computer and kept going.  Our customers never knew anything happened.
